typo fix + universal macOS binary

fixed a small typo that it only took me 2 years to notice!!

also I made the new native executable builds using a slightly newer version of PICO-8; I think the only real difference is that the macOS build is now a “universal binary” which is cool if you happen to have one of those new arm64 macs, and completely irrelevant if you don’t!!
